In the era of growing e-mobility, the issue of charging electric cars is becoming an increasingly important topic. Apart from high-speed charging stations, which are bursting with power and can feed hungry vehicles literally in a matter of minutes, the topic of slow charging during working hours or at home at night while parked near apartment buildings and houses remains interesting.
The solution offered by GREENOX in collaboration with SEAK Energetics builds on the possibility of using the existing public lighting network for the slow charging of electric vehicles. This is done without major interventions. The charging connectors are directly integrated into the public lighting poles.
In addition, this system can be integrated into the SMART City management system for towns and cities. This allows for intelligent management of the system’s capacity as well as the available charging capacity for individual charging ports. This ensures smooth system operation and network stability.
A natural part of this are authorization options using RFID cards or QR codes and integration with a payment gateway.
The entire solution is also supported by the charge.sk app for searching available charging stations and managing charging.
